The Apex
All the features of the Lidget with the added drainage properties of a pitched roof.
- ETERNIT profile 3 corrugated non-asbestos roof sheets giving extra strength and security
- have 70mm x 70mm planed and stained wood purlins fastened to primed steel fabricated trusses, complete with galvanised steel cappings
- Top quality exterior woodwork is coated with a wood stain preservative (Red Cedar colour), a sound base for further staining/varnishing
- As for Lidget, standard garage comes fitted with 7ft wide side hung timber fully boarded doors and one timber window (if required)

The Georgian
Add elegance to your property with a distinctive and popular Georgian design. This model is available with either a pent roof or an apex roof. Refined in looks with its white finish, the front pillars are designed from fluted designed concrete. Both woodwork and pillars come primed with an acrylic base coat. The Hormann Georgian door is a standard feature.

The Regency
To compliment the Apex range, Lidget Concrete also offer the Apex Regency in uPVC. A virtually maintenance free building, which will retain its stunning good looks with an occasional wipe clean. This stylish and modern garage will compliment and add value to almost any property. The Windsor
The new Lidget Windsor executive range has a terracotta tiled effect roof offering stunning good looks designed to match traditional roof styles. All fascias and gutter boards are clad in white uPVC that requires no more than an occassional clean to keep them looking like new.
Genuine brick front pillars add character and blend easily into traditional surroundings, or if you prefer, both front pillars can be specified in Canterbury Spar finish.

Lidget Concrete have collaborated with a UK based render manufacturer to formulate a bespoke product suitable to give a remarkable hand-finished stone effect to a garage panel. This material, available in various colours is tested to BS12390 and carries a full 10 year guarantee.
Combining this high-quality product with our modern production facility enables us to offer a cost-effective alternative to the standard spar finish.

The unique Mansard roof is a stylish alternative to Lidget's standard Pent roof system. It features a sloping front tiled section making it both attractive and more imposing than other Pent garages.
White uPVC fascias and half round gutters are included in the price, so it comes as a maintenance free package. You can also choose from 6 Mansard Metrotile colours to match your home. Double garages
With more families having two cars rather than one, these days it makes sense to invest in a larger garage. All double garages are built with clear span steel angle iron roof trusses.
If however you prefer to have two separate areas in your building, a full internal partition wall will provide an ideal work area or extra storage space.
It is also very useful if you share a narrow driveway with neighbours where space is at a premium.
A double garage has the option of being fitted with a wider Up & Over door for easier access.

Base laying requirements
Garages should only be erected upon a permanent concrete base of suitable thickness. A minimum of 4 inch thickness throughout is recommended.
The base should be flat, level and square and at least 6 inches longer and wider than the external dimensions of the garage to be supplied.
If you are close to an existing buildling or boundary wall, make sure you allow for the overhang of the roof.
After your garage has been erected, we strongly recommend that a sand and cement fillet be placed on the base to panel joint all around the inside of the building to avoid ingress of water.
